The Laramie Project

The Laramie Project is a Verbatim theatre piece about the story of the murder of a gay man in Laramie Wyoming. Performed by the QACI Theatre enseble.

For this show we worked with a large projection at the back of the stage to bring to life the various scenes around Wyoming. As a lighting designer I focused on keeping the lighting feel authentic to the scenes projected behind the actors. The lighting colour and intensity needed to match the location projected as closely as possible.
